Welcome to Epitaph, the podcast from Norma Explores.

When we started the Norma Explores archive in early 2024 we knew we would come across a lot of interesting places around the UK. We quickly realized that many of local history's most fascinating tales are to be found in the churchyards and cemeteries or our towns and villages. We have now started collecting those tales together in a fortnightly podcast. We research the graves we find with interesting epitaphs and visit the graves of local people with extraordinary lives - and deaths. We cover everything from vintage true crime to accidents of humble working folk and beyond.
